Students are entitled to express, in writing, their personal opinions so long as that expression does not constitute libel, does not materially and substantially interfere with the educational process, does not try to unlawfully coerce anyone into the belief of the author, and is signed by the person responsible for the dissemination.

Students have the right to the uncensored publication and distribution of leaflets and handbills, but only at reasonable times and places approved by the Principal. Persons who publish, edit or disseminate such leaflets or handbills must assume the responsibility for the content thereof.

Libel, obscenity and unlawful personal attacks are prohibited in all publications.

Commercial solicitation not authorized by proper school authority shall not be allowed on school property at any time.

Unlawful and unauthorized material may not be distributed in school buildings or on school grounds at any time.
