Every pupil of this School District will have equal educational opportunities regardless of race, color, creed, sex or national origin.
Further, no student shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity conducted by the District.
More specifically, as prescribed by legal requirements, the School District will treat its students without discrimination on the basis of sex as this pertains to access to participation in course offerings, athletics, counseling, employment assistance, and extra-curricular activities.
The Superintendent or his/ her designee shall act as Compliance Officer for the District and will appoint a committee to aid in the enforcement thereof.
