Military Leave (All Personnel)

Wyoming Statue 1977, Title 19, Defense Force & Affairs and Chapter 11, Military Service Member Protections, Article 1, Military Service Relief Act S.19-11-108 requires that employers give employees that are members of the National Guard or Reserves (active or inactive) and are activated as part of a regional emergency, national emergency or purposes of national security to be given a minimum of 15 days of paid leave.

Fremont County School District #25 shall conform to this leave status and it shall be granted in addition to any other leave conditions provided to the members of the staff that qualify for this policy on Military Leave.
