Dissemination of Employee Records Information

The District will share “Directory Information” on employees with appropriate parties. This information includes: Name, Address, Phone Number, District E-mail address, Position held. Employees may inform the Personnel Manager if they do not want their “directory” information shared. Choice of this option will be inclusive of all parties requesting directory information. Employees may not, on a case by case basis select who may have access to their Directory Information.

In addition to directory information, the District will share Certified Staff (principals, assistant principals, teachers, tutors, and instructional facilitators) required test scores and transcript data including GPA scores with the Wyoming Department of Education as per Wyoming Statute 21-2-203(c)(ii).

Employment for all newly hired principals, assistant principals, teachers, tutors and instructional facilitators is conditioned upon said personnel providing copies of appropriate transcripts and Praxis II test results to District offices in a timely manner. Any cost of securing this information will be paid by the employee.
