Dissemination Of Employee Records Information (Certified)

            The District will share “Directory Information” on employees with appropriate parties.  This information includes:  Name, address, District phone number, District e-mail address, position held, and location of position.  Employees may inform the Personnel Manager if they do not want their “directory” information shared.  Employees may not pick and choose who can obtain their directory information and who cannot. Employees are completely either in or out of the option.

            In addition to the directory information, the District will share Certified (principals, assistant principals, teachers, tutors, and instructional facilitators) Praxis II scores and transcript data including GPA scores with the Wyoming Department of Education as per Wyoming Statute
21-2-203(c)(ii).

            As of 2010-2011 school year, employment for newly hired principals, assistant principals, teachers, tutors and instructional facilitators is conditioned upon said personnel providing copies of appropriate transcripts and Praxis II tests results to District offices in a timely manner.  Any cost of securing this information will be paid by the employee.
