School District 25 Policy
Adopted: April 9, 1985
Employment is conditioned upon certified personnel securing and maintaining, during the contract of employment, appropriate certification from the Wyoming State Department of Education for the position employed and filing evidence thereof with the Superintendent of Schools.
Failure to secure and maintain appropriate certification shall be grounds for dismissal and no salary shall be paid for any period of time in which any employee is not properly certified.
It shall be the duty of each such employee coming into the District to take the Wyoming Constitution Test, if necessary, and proceed with completion of such other forms as necessary to gain certification in accordance with a time schedule for completion as established by the Office of the Superintendent.
