No employee shall be subjected to physical abuse or action or threatened by any student, parent, relative, guardian, or any other person Should this happen, any student involved may be immediately suspended and any non-school connected adult may be charged with the appropriate legal infraction by the Principal, or adult chaperon sponsoring the event, and will be prosecuted by the District.
Any non-school connected person so involved shall be immediately brought to the attention of the employee's immediate supervisor so that law enforcement people are informed or called, if necessary and an arrest made. Should the incident occur on school property or in school buildings, it is mandatory that all employees follow this directive.
