All personnel employed by the Board are responsible to their Principal or immediate supervisor, with ultimate responsibility to the Superintendent. The relationships of the various staff positions in the line of authority are shown in Board Policy 1755.
The Superintendent shall establish a chain of command for each building which designates an acting administrator to serve in absence of the building administrator. Such chain of command shall be made known to the staff of each building. The Superintendent shall appoint an Acting Superintendent to act on behalf of the Superintendent during his/ her absence.
