School District 25 Policy
Adopted: April 9, 1985
Legal Ref: W. S. 21-3-110(a) (ii)
The minutes of action taken at every regular and special meeting of the Board, and a record of all warrants issued against the moneys belonging to the District, which set forth an accurate record of votes and actions at such meetings, will be promptly recorded by the Clerk and such records will be open to public inspection during regular Central Administration Office business hours no later than immediately following the next meeting of the Board.
Minutes will be maintained in an official record book designated for said purpose. A copy of the proceedings will be sent to each member of the Board. Minutes may not be changed to reflect an individual's vote different from that actually cast. Minutes may only be changed to correct errors and to reflect an accurate account of actual conduct of Board meetings.
